Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, while ensuring process efficiency and accuracy in handling refill requests, coordinating fertility plans, and resolving customer issues. This is a permanent work-from-home position within the state of Arizona, or onsite in Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
- Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
- Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve process efficiency

What You Need to Do the Job
* If residing in AZ, a valid CPhT license
- If residing in MA, a valid MA Tech license (Preferred CPhT)
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
- Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts
Requirements for Remote Work
* If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
