Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Primary responsibility will be data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Follow up on missing information in order to process the claim
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy
- Compile reports from systems with claims information
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, claims management, etc.)
- Basic computer and typing skills (25 words per minute input)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
