Key Responsibilities:
* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with accuracy and speed
- Monitor and troubleshoot database issues to ensure seamless data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve data quality
- Develop and maintain technical skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical expertise and knowledge
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices to optimize data entry efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of network appliances, load balancers, routers, and switches
- Understanding of middleware, logs, and alerts
- Experience with network monitoring systems and diagnostic commands
- Familiarity with incident management tools and ITSL processes
