Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the customer support team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions.

Requirements:
- Access to a device with internet capabilities for social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently, with a keen ability to adhere to instructions and procedures.
- Availability to work 5 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
- Stable and reliable internet connection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer support experience, either in-person or online.

- Experience with online chat platforms and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
