Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly interact with customers via online chat, addressing their questions about products, services, and account information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize arenaflex's online platforms to provide seamless customer support and ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capabilities for social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Ability to work independently, with a keen ability to adhere to instructions and procedures.
  • Availability to work 5 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • Stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online platforms and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer support experience, either in-person or online.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience with online chat platforms and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
