Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, both in person and over the phone. Your duties will include:
- Greeting customers and checking them in for their flights
- Assisting customers with their baggage and other travel needs
- Operating loading bridges and opening and closing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport
- Scheduling and managing your work to meet operational demands
- Working a variety of shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful as a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
