Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements
- Supporting new development, configuration, and preservation of the platform
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on the CDP segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical requirements and implementations
- Staying up-to-date with new trends and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting daily audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
- Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in technical data control and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistently prioritizes the protection and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

- Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital enterprise environment, preferably with a focus on customer experience optimization
