Your Role

As a Telephony Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers on the telephone, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Supporting customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options, using quality conversations and signposting to product offerings.
  • Maintaining high standards of data security and GDPR regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
  • Following assigned daily schedules and tasks, prioritizing and managing multiple calls and customer interactions.
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues as necessary.
