Job Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding travel experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Remote Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer support to Southwest Airlines passengers via phone and online communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and heard.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous Experience in the Airline Industry: Experience working in the airline industry, either in a customer-facing role or in a related function (e.g., operations, sales).
