The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of healthcare-related inquiries. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform our customers about changes that may affect them. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized support and make a real difference in our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to address healthcare-related inquiries
- Provide personalized support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize multiple systems to communicate with customers and navigate complex healthcare-related information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
- Open availability between 8am-2am EST 7 days a week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

To work virtually from home, you will need:
- A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system
- High Speed Internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps

- 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
- A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
