Job Summary

As a Scheduling Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. You'll provide prompt responses to all inquiries, offer appropriate solutions via chat/email, document all interactions, and stay up to date on all scheduling policies. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide prompt responses to all inquiries
  • Offer appropriate solutions via chat/email
  • Document all interactions
  • Stay up to date on all scheduling policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a scheduling or support environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
  • A growth-mindset and drive to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with scheduling software and systems

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Available Shifts

* Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required

  • Rotating weekends
  • 10:00 am-6:30pm MT
  • 10:30am-7:00pm MT
  • 11am-7:30pm MT
  • 11:30am-8:00pm MT
  • 12pm-8:30pm MT
