What Part Will You Play?
As a Remote Work from Home Bilingual Spanish Customer Service/Fraud Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to account inquiries, and detecting and preventing fraudulent activity. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
- Assisting with the completion of lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
- Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials.
- Developing knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research, and collaboration with more experienced fraud analysts.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: ### Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of recent contact center and/or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Bilingual Spanish
- Ability to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
- Willingness to complete a On Demand digital interview and a final phone interview
- Ability to be on camera at all times
- US-based location
### Preferred Qualifications
- One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience
- Banking, Fraud, and/or Collections experience
### Desired Skills and Capabilities
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
- Works under close supervision

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, plus a 20% language differential once you begin taking Spanish calls, resulting in a total of $18.00 per hour.
