Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional patient service in the name of our clients, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all customers
- Contact patients via telephone to collect payment on medical bills, utilizing your excellent communication skills and technical expertise to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring that all customers understand their payment options and responsibilities
- Review patient accounts and documents patients' interaction and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
- Negotiate appropriate and reasonable payments with customers, utilizing your excellent communication skills and technical expertise to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
- Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies and procedures, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations
- Meet or exceed established goals, including customer satisfaction and payment collection targets
- Work closely with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
