What You'll Do at arenaflex
As a Principal Solutions Consultant - Customer Service, your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the go-to expert for arenaflex's Customer Service solution and driving digital transformation initiatives with our clients
- Creating highly engaging demonstrations and presentations to help clients visualize and transform their employee and customer experiences using the latest innovative Customer Service technology
- Presenting tailored solutions, leading workshops, creating solution architectures, and facilitating client engagements to address needs and develop effective selling and solution delivery strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients, partners, and internal teams, helping them understand the value and potential of arenaflex's Customer Service solution
- Being a recognized thought leader and domain expert in Customer Service/Experience (CX) and arenaflex's Customer Service solution, with a track record of excellent presentations and event speaking
- Collaborating with field teams and clients to evangelize solutions that will help them achieve results through innovation and adoption of initiatives, reusable assets, and selling programs
- Fostering strong partnerships with internal leaders in product development, product marketing, alliances, industry business units, and other peer specialist organizations globally at arenaflex
- Staying ahead of the curve and providing a view on relevant technology trends and competitive solutions that are of interest to our clients, sharing this knowledge with regional industry solution consulting teams and creating reusable best practice assets such as value propositions, whitepapers, presentations, workshops, and demos
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you will be a passionate and technically astute individual with a strong background in client-facing roles such as presales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development and delivery. You will have:
- Technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as presales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development and delivery
- The ability to inspire others and take a lead role without requiring a formal manager role, with a strong ownership mindset and a track record of getting things "done-done"
- Recognized expertise in Customer Service and arenaflex's platform, with firsthand knowledge of Contact Center technologies such as telephony, digital channels, CCaaS, content and knowledge, WFM, etc.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to build and present robust product demos, combined with strong communication skills to develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs (business and IT)
- Experience in software development and architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management, and solution architecture
- A technical strategist, innovator, and entrepreneur able to come up with fresh ideas, develop and execute them to scale the business in alignment with the broader Customer Service strategy and commercial goals
- A strong mentor to others in the organization to help support training and mentorship for the field, scaling the organization's knowledge in Customer Service
What You've Accomplished
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience developing and/or selling enterprise software solutions to large enterprise clients
- Working in a complex, matrixed environment to build, scale, and develop business and technical relationships
- A BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
- Experience working with sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems
- Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations and educated customers on product capabilities
- Experience and expertise within the typical Contact/Service Center for large enterprise clients, with intimate knowledge of the various technologies in play across servicing channels
