Client Success Coordinator
Suzie Koide Real Estate is expanding its client support operations and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to support ongoing client communication and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the real estate process. This is a fully remote position for individuals who are organized, professional, and confident in managing client relationships in a structured environment. The role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. No prior real estate experience is required, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Support communication with clients throughout active transactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and service-related questions
- Assist in resolving basic client concerns and coordinating solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth client experience Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions at once
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- No prior real estate experience required (training provided) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of customer service, client support, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or client management tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information
