Customer Success Program Manager
Supporting U.S Federal government agencies and their unique mission requirements; Program Managers within the Dell Federal Sales Operations Team ensure programs run seamlessly, from start to finish while leading some of the most complex engagements that exist in the Federal segment.A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers needs, as well as crafting and maintaining effective customer program plans throughout the duration of the program life-cycle. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.You will:
- Develop, document, and implement comprehensive program plans
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the organization to manage requirements of operational objectives, schedule adherence, budget compliance and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee operational support for customers and partners in the related segment
- Establish operational objectives and assignments for the sales operations teams
- Utilize project management methodology to support process improvement within the organization
- U.S. Citizenship. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government personnel security clearance: TS SCI (YW)
- 12 years of related experience in a professional role (Program / Project manager). Ability to support cross-functional program teams without formal authority. Ability to align projects to business goals, manage stakeholders, communicate project status/ milestones, and solve unexpected difficulties or roadblocks throughout the project life-cycle
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to adapt communication styles across a variety of stakeholder groups. Ability to overcome ambiguity and achieve results in a complex and dynamic business environment
- Advanced negotiation skills and understanding of key sales and management reporting tools
- Bachelors degree. PMP Certification
- Experience and familiarity with the U.S. Federal government, agencies, contracts and regulations
