Job Summary

As a High Paying Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate information about our products and services.   • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
