Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer, vendor, and transaction data. You'll work independently to enter and update data into our databases and CRM platforms, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities
* Enter and update customer, vendor, and transaction data into databases or CRM platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review data for errors and discrepancies, identifying and correcting issues promptly
- Maintain records of activities and tasks, providing clear and concise documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, upholding the highest standards of professionalism
- Perform data validation and cleanup as needed, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 50 WPM preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
