The Role
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, effective support to our customers through online chat tools such as Facebook Messenger. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve their issues in a professional, courteous manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts
- Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts

Requirements:
