Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient refunds, processing patient payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Answer patient calls regarding EOBs and research balances - Manage patient refunds - Process patient payments - Provide a positive customer service experience to patients, clients, and guests - Consistently demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills - Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue cycle management goals

Requirements

- A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections - Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare - Thorough understanding of EOBs and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients - Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills - Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients - Self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player
