Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members

  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
  • Work closely with our Merchant Services team to resolve issues and provide support to our merchants
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting
