Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
