Job Summary

As a Data Quality Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data through various tasks, including data labeling, AI results data validation, and data entry. You will work closely with our team to maintain high-quality data records, support the efficient functioning of our data-related processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

* Perform data labeling tasks, categorizing, and annotating data based on specific guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Validate AI-generated results by comparing them with ground truth data, identifying discrepancies, or errors, and implementing corrective measures.
• Conduct data entry tasks to input and update data records in designated databases or systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Review and verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of entered data, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors.
• Follow established protocols and quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues, provide feedback for process improvements, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required, providing insights and recommendations to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in data management or related field is a plus.

• Prior experience in data labeling, data validation, or data entry roles is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets, identifying and addressing discrepancies or errors.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with data quality assurance processes and best practices, including data validation, data cleansing, and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting, including data visualization and data storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

* Proficiency in English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience working with data quality tools and software, including data validation and data cleansing tools.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data management best practices.
• Certification in data management or related field, such as Certified Data Manager (CDM) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
