Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a short-term contract/temporary role. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform searches on websites to gather information and verify data
  • Audit reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources
  • Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
  • Obtain additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and management processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools
  • Expertise in computer research and data entry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and best practices
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with presentation software and creating presentations

  • Familiarity with Google Meet and other collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
