The Role
As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be:
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
