Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Update customer records in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide information about our service offerings
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer service goals and metrics
  • Meet customer service goals and metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
