What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the primary point of contact for our luxury retail customers, providing them with personalized service, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Making product recommendations to close sales and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide white-glove service

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for high-end fashion and luxury retail
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • A strong educational background, with a minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high-level customer service issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
  • A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android operating system for daily login and communication
  • A USB wired headset (optional, but recommended)
