Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products
- Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customer needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years and a high school diploma/GED
- Quiet, secured workspace

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
