Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with our risk management and business process improvement teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Work closely with risk management and business process improvement teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Identify and assess new data sources that could add value to arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and business process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Bricks or Terawatt
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and business process improvement
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with data governance and data quality
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as MS Excel or Access
- Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js or Plotly
