Job Responsibilities
As a Data Collection Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Collection and Validation: Collect and confirm data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to collect relevant data factors and insights, using a combination of tools, databases, and research techniques to collect comprehensive datasets.
- Data Entry and Management: Enter collected data into specific systems or databases, ensuring that it is organized, categorized, and easily accessible for further evaluation and reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality assessments on collected data to identify and correct any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity throughout the collection process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document data collection processes, methodologies, and findings, and prepare reports or summaries that present the collected data in a clear and coherent manner for use by relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance and Security: Adhere to data security protocols, privacy regulations, and protection requirements to safeguard sensitive information and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the data being collected.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvements within the data collection procedures, and provide recommendations for implementing best practices and streamlined data collection workflows.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required or GED with 1+ year of experience in data collection, technical support, project management, data processing, system learning, or related field
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working in a company setting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Practical knowledge of system learning data processing needs and trade-offs
- Experience working with prototype assets
- Experience in research or data collection
