Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and market development for arenaflex. You'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. You'll work closely with our sales team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze market trends, seasonality, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development

• Develop and execute GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our product selection and customer base
• Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
• Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights to help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems

Primary Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, economics)

• 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG industries
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning
• Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with ease with complex data
• Polished communication skills, including talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating
• Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of e-commerce experience

• 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry
• 3+ years of direct sales experience
