Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customer interactions.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, demonstrating emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support is highly desirable, as is familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems. If you have a passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes, we encourage you to apply.

Working Conditions

This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, with a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period, which will be conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will need to be comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively to meet performance goals.
