Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote/hybrid team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls related to mortgage and insurance questions. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions to resolve queries and provide expert support. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to mortgage and insurance questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to resolve queries and address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in mortgage and insurance support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in mortgage or insurance industry, with knowledge of related products and services.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on resolving complex issues.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other related tools.
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
