Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and product/service issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize provided systems and tools to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
