We're seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships, implementing successful programs, uncovering growth opportunities, onboarding and training clients, and maximizing client retention. About the Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge cloud software, VNDLY, which helps our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources, including staffing agencies, job boards, and freelance management systems. Our software is designed to be easy to use, with algorithms and data science working together to acquire the right talent and provide complete visibility of the talent acquisition process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Implementing successful programs to maximize client value and growth opportunities
  • Onboarding and training clients to ensure a seamless adoption of our software
  • Providing insights on client-to-business interactions to improve customer experience through product support
  • Handling customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing expectations and partnering with product management to help solve customer business problems
  • Engaging with customers to maximize value and create strategies to grow our customer base

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong drive for results, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You should also be able to navigate difficult conversations with customers and provide creative solutions to business problems.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of Technical Account/Relationship Management experience within the human capital management space, such as VMS, MSP, or Master Vendor

  • Experience working with a SaaS model/application
  • Exposure/Experience working with other Vendor Managed Service Tools
  • Overall knowledge of MSP and/or the VMS space is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills; formulate solutions that deliver real business value
  • The confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead customers, from technical personnel to C-level executives, in urgent or critical situations
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset; a self-starter who is motivated by growing business
  • Well-organized; handle multiple accounts & assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to travel for onsite client meetings
  • Experience in document creation
