Work Environment

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work in one of our offices, 100% remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement. Our offices are located in various states, including AZ, CT, DE, FL, ID, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, and WY. We offer a range of work arrangements to accommodate your needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, managing 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily
  • Professionally expediting and processing orders
  • Managing inbound online chat inquiries
  • Transferring customer calls to appropriate business areas
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using company software
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to our customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Remote/Hybrid capabilities in one of the following states: AZ, CT, DE, FL, ID, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, and WY
  • Ability to adhere to an 8:30 - 5 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM EST schedule
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
