Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, financial institutions, and legal professionals, providing prompt, efficient, and detailed support.
- Advising customers on U.S. Treasury financial products, regulations, and forms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Supporting account setup and navigation for U.S. Treasury websites and applications, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Exceeding established metrics for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service, acting as an advocate for our customers, and reporting areas for improvement.
- Establishing and maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Interpreting guidelines, regulations, and recommending changes to procedures and processes, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year of related experience in customer service, operations, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident alien status with at least three years of legal residency in any visa category.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface directly with customers and resolve issues.
- Basic computer and MS Office proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
