Job Summary
As an On-Site Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the perception of our clients and their customers. Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Work Environment
* Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
