Experienced Chat Customer Support Representative – English Language Support for Top-Tier Clients

About the Role
As a Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to customers through live chat, email, and other digital channels. You'll work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products and services, and help customers navigate their way to successful outcomes. Your expertise will be in high demand, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from customer service to technical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and other digital channels
- Assist customers with a range of issues, from cancellations and refunds to billing and payment questions
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues, such as login problems and video/audio issues
- Work collaboratively with other Mods to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
Ideal Candidate
* 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with a variety of clients and products, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience working in a multilingual, busy team environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances
- Willingness to install arenaflex security software on your work computer and a 2FA app on your phone (Duo Mobile)
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Chromebooks are not sufficient for arenaflex projects)
- Willingness to install arenaflex security software and 2FA app on phone
- Strong internet connection and reliable computer hardware
