Key Responsibilities As a Consultant, Customer Information Management, you will be responsible for: - Owning a portfolio of work aligned to our key business units or lines of business and prioritizing that portfolio effectively - Generating audience or data requirements from business and marketing requestors - Creating and delivering audience data products for the use of customer communications based on the requirements you've gathered - Mapping process flows, data flows, and technical interfaces, recommending solutions as necessary - Collaborating with others to implement standardized data products that enable customer communications - Partnering on projects or initiatives that improve customer experience, specifically around customer communications Key Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Critical and strategic thinking with a drive for delivery - Agility and adaptability - Passion for learning and adept at continuous improvement Essential Qualifications - Postgraduate studies preferred - Typically 5 or more years of experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, and marketing/customer data models and queries - Expert knowledge in the theory and application of computer-based analytical tools - Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications - Capacity for the development, evaluation, and utilization of state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies on new application challenges - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, research, and quantitative analysis skills - Verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, work teams, vendors, and associates - Proficiency in developing ad-hoc queries using SQL Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SQL, Data & Digital Tools within the Microsoft Suite, Teradata, Databricks, and data visualization skills - Familiarity with customer data governance and adoption of new solutions Work Environment and Company Culture As a Consultant, Customer Information Management, you will be part of a versatile group of individuals working together to meet the needs of our partners and customers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000.00 - $158,000.00, depending on your skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
