This is an exciting opportunity to work from home, with the potential to transition to a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in our office and 2-3 days a week remotely.

Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Dispatch Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also working as a dispatcher to gather and provide information to customers and vendors. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Work as a dispatcher to gather and provide information to customers and vendors
- Follow a script to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
- Use strong computer and web knowledge to navigate our systems and tools
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using our dispatch software
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Available to work weekends and all holidays
- Must have all necessary equipment (laptop, dual monitors, headset, etc.) prior to start date
- High-speed internet capabilities (arenaflex does not supply equipment)
- Strong computer and web knowledge
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of our industry and products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
