Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Designer to join our team of innovators. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with peers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business goals

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business drivers, product requirements, and customer needs
• Convey design decisions and solutions to stakeholders through effective communication and presentation
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements
• Foster a culture of design excellence through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and drive innovation

Required Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in online and digital product design, data sciences, visual, and user experience design

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions and solutions to stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
