Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 to 30 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of inquiries efficiently and effectively
