Position Summary AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Performance & Growth to drive its mission of achieving strategic enrollment growth and performance-driven marketing excellence. In this pivotal role, the Associate Director of Performance & Growth will lead and optimize the student acquisition funnel, oversee digital marketing and CRM operations, manage data-driven enrollment strategies, and ensure continuous growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment growth strategies aligned with institutional targets and recruitment goals. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Oversee performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to maximize lead generation, conversion, and ROI. CRM & Data Management: Manage CRM systems, lead tracking workflows, reporting standards, and data integrity to support enrollment operations. Contact Center & Enrollment Conversion: Supervise contact center and enrollment advisory functions to ensure effective communication, inquiry handling, and student conversion. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, manage dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic Thinker: Able to align marketing and enrollment strategies with institutional goals and growth targets. Data-Driven Leader: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions. Digital Marketing Expert: Experienced in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization. Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Innovative Problem Solver: Adaptable professional who can improve systems, optimize workflows, and drive continuous innovation. Education and Experience Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or enrollment management. Specific Skills or Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing, CRM systems, data analytics, funnel optimization, and team leadership. Additional Certifications: Master’s degree is a plus. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or CRM platforms are preferred.
