Our software helps facilities significantly reduce cash usage and fully automate business expense reconciliation. Additionally, we integrate with the most relevant ERP systems in the industry to minimize time-consuming manual processes. By cutting process costs by over 75%, we free up valuable time and resources—allowing care professionals to focus on what truly matters: the people in their care. Our Software: A web-based platform that integrates with relevant ERP systems to receive and manage client and employee data Integration with our banking partner to grant access to the various accounts and manage liquidity Management of virtual and physical VISA debit cards as an administrator, and reconciliation with our banking partners. Integration with relevant book-keeping systems to ensure a seamless end-to-end process and with the aim of eliminating all manual tasks 💻 Frontend Stack: React Turborepo Next.js 16 Typescript Tailwind CSS gRPC Github Actions (CI/CD) Sentry/OTEL shadcn/ui 🏋 Backend Stack: Event Sourcing & CQRS architecture Go (lang) Google Cloud Platform Google Kubernetes Engine Cloud Run & Cloud Functions Pub/Sub Cloud SQL (Postgres) Github & GH Actions 🍕 The Team: We are a team of 18 colleagues, primarily with engineering backgrounds, who have gained experience in fast-paced environments such as Ruuky, Trade Republic, JP Morgan, and Finanzcheck. We believe in small, autonomous teams that are highly productive, passionate about impactful work, and committed to supporting each other—whether through peer coding, manual testing, or engaging onsite sessions wherever we meet. Currently, our team includes five Backend Engineers and two Frontend Engineers, located across Europe. Tasks ➡️ What will you be working on Design, Implement, Test and Ship across the stack Improve architecture Contribute to team practices/processes Wear a product hat and make meaningful product improvements Proactively communicate in written and spoken form Requirements ➡️ Your profile ⚡️ At least 5+ years as Software Engineer ideally in a product-driven, fast paced environment — customer-facing context, not just executing tickets ⚒️ You bring hands-on experience designing distributed systems, applying architectural patterns, and building secure, multi-tenant applications. 👥 You work in a structured, self-directed way — you communicate proactively in a remote setup, don't need hand-holding, and know when to loop others in. You're a multiplier in small, high-trust teams, not a lone wolf. 🔍 You see technology as a means, not an end — what drives you is solving a real customer problem, not the elegance of the implementation itself 👏 Ideally, you have experience working with business expense or accounting platforms, or have worked on a SaaS solution—though it’s not a hard requirement ✏️ You take full ownership from product discovery to production deployment. 🤩 You will dive deep into development but are also part of maintaining our unique team spirit and culture — you make the team better, not just bigger 🇪🇺 You need to be based in the EU, preferably in Germany 😳 You want to make an impact
