About the role: As a Senior Accountant in our Client Onboarding department, you’ll play a critical role in setting our clients up for success. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth and accurate onboarding experience. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. What You'll Do: Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making Manage multiple client onboarding projects across various industries Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results How to be successful in this role: Driven and accountable: You take ownership of your work and are always pushing to improve. “Good enough” isn’t good enough.
