Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the full customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will identify growth opportunities, test new channels and tactics, optimize conversion funnels, and work cross-functionally to accelerate business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Own and optimize the full marketing funnel, from lead generation to customer retention
  • Plan, launch, and manage growth experiments across channels including paid media, email, SEO, content, partnerships, social media, and website optimization
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
  • Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, user journeys, messaging, offers, and campaign creatives
  • Collaborate with product, sales, CRM, content, and design teams to improve customer experience and drive conversion
  • Develop segmentation strategies and personalized campaigns to increase engagement and lifetime value
  • Identify and evaluate new channels, technologies, and tools that can support scalable growth
  • Build dashboards and communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, CRM tools, email marketing and web analytics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and marketing experimentation
  • Ability to work with data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital-first business environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo,
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation
  • Experience with SQL & MQL, attribution models, or advanced reporting is a plus
  • Knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations
