As a Remote Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and chat. You will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information and recommendations. Your expertise and knowledge of our products and services will be essential in delivering a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs

  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high levels of quality and productivity
  • Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead/Quality Advocate/Trainer and Manager for support and personal development
  • Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, both scheduled and special projects
  • Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals as outlined by management
  • Communicate with clients in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • *Requirements**

• 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry

  • Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume
  • Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
  • Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy, e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred
  • Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools preferred (e.g., Instant Service)
  • Excellent Data Entry skills / 45-55 wpm minimum
  • Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts
  • Vacation blackout period applies during the holiday season and promotional periods
  • Punctuality is essential
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• 1 year of experience in live chat, beauty and cosmetics, or call center environments

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools (e.g., Instant Service)
  • Excellent Data Entry skills / 45-55 wpm minimum
