Position Overview We are hiring remote traders to trade U.S. financial markets including equities and options using firm capital. You will trade from anywhere with full access to professional-grade platforms, structured risk management, and a community of experienced traders to support your growth. Location: Minneapolis, MN Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of demonstrated trading experience in options, equities, forex, or crypto
• Working knowledge of market mechanics, order types, and execution dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to control risk and protect capital across changing conditions
• Coachable, self-directed, and committed to ongoing skill development
• Reliable trading workstation with redundant internet preferred
• Familiarity with retail or professional trading platforms is helpful but not required

Position Details

• Independent contractor role (1099) with performance-based incentives
• Profit-sharing structure with splits increasing from 65% up to 90%
• Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+
