Research Engagement Services I - Portuguese Language Support Location: 13200 Paul J Doherty Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33913 Pay rate: $17 - $19/hr Work schedule: Flexible based on business need:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) or
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST)
Openings: 2 Work Model: Anticipated 100% Remote (candidates must reside within 30 miles of the Fort Myers, FL office)
Overview
Research Engagement Services (RES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and vendors to coordinate research requests with Gartner Research & Advisory Experts. This role serves as a liaison between internal and external clients and Gartner's expert community, helping solve clients' most pressing technology and business-related questions. Successful candidates are service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for member and prospective companies on research projects
- Act as a liaison between clients and Gartner Experts to facilitate research engagement
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes related to research requests
- Provide research support across a variety of projects
- Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear visibility into ownership, progress, and next steps
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required
