Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in the E-Commerce industry or a related field
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Certification in customer service or a related field
